What exactly is this all about anyways?!

As you may or may not know, CTS Strength & Conditioning primarily caters to competitive athletes from 10 – 23 years old. It’s a funny thing though.. We started using the same principles and exercises with some of our family, friends, and parents/coaches of athletes who were training with us who used to be competitive athletes and wanted something different. And the results were CRAZY.

These men and women were getting stronger, losing inches, dropping stubborn body fat, and feeling better than ever… in a matter of weeks!

What makes this program so powerful?

  • Build a Lean, Strong, and Highly Functional Body: Look, losing weight really comes down to eating less and training more. But, in order to build a lean, rock-hard, functional physique – one that allows you to endure the rigors of your job or your life’s endeavors: hiking, running, jumping, swimming, going for a bike ride, playing/keeping with your kids in the backyard – requires a program that focuses on mobility, flexibility, and injury-prevention in addition to strength and endurance.
  • Burn Fat with Fun, Challenging, and Unique Exercises:Walking or jogging on a treadmill 30-45 minutes a day, 3 days a week is good advice for general health. But honestly, who really wants to perform such a mind-numbing task that is very repetitive, boring, and quite frankly, not very effective at shedding body fat? Why do that, when you could perform full-body, fat-blasting exercises like lifting a heavy sandbag, flip a big tractor tire, drag/push sleds, or performing sprint drills and exercises? (Ever seen the physique of an Olympic Sprinter? Those guys are SHREDDED!)
  • 3 Hours a Week to  Better Body: Most training programs suggest you must train 5 days a week like a professional bodybuilder you see in a magazine. Unfortunately, that advice just doesn’t pan out in the real-world! Training with full-body exercises in a small group setting with a coach is by far the most effective method to build muscle, increase strength, and shed fat. In addition to the 3 days per week training with us at CTS, you’ll get “off-day” advice for activities to perform to increase your recovery and ensure you’re still moving.
  • Not only that, but we cover nutrition and supplementation as well – working out hard is only half the battle. You must be fully well-rounded to see maximum results!
    • Please note: The CTS Adult Fitness schedule is as follows (training days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays):
