Should high school athletes use creatine in their training? I think it’s fair to say “YES” and “NO”. Mainly “NO” though, for a few reasons (which I go over in the video below). Basically though, if you aren’t 18 and still eat like crap and get to bed at 2 AM every night, you have NO business taking any form of supplement.
Don’t get me wrong, I love creatine and it’s been proven to work over and over again. Most high school athletes though tend to over-do EVERYTHING and will use and abuse certain things because “hey, more is better!” right? WRONG.
