Healthy Dessert Recipe – Almond Butter Bark [Eat Clean Friday]

In today’s post, Rikki Cortese shows you an AWESOME and great tasting recipe that practically anyone can make at home with only a few simple ingredients!

The better part? It takes minimal prep time and hassle – you can make this in less than 5 minutes!

Great for a snack for young athletes or whenever you might have a small craving for something sweet and would rather not down a pint of ice cream 🙂


I kid you not, you must try this out!


  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup sun drop chocolate pieces
