Ingredients:
2 bananas (more on the green side)
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp coconut sugar
Olive oil spray or coconut spray
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 400F. Slice bananas using mandolin (level 3 – not too thin).
Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with oil. Spread out slices evenly on sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake for 10 minutes, then flip over.
Back for additional 10-15 minutes or until golden brown &/or crunchy. Thicker slices will take longer.
Serve warm or cool.
Modifications: Feel free to experiment with different spices.

EVOO + sea salt
EVOO + Salt + Pepper + Paprika
These take the guilt out of snacking 🙂 Also, try adding a few banana chips to your oatmeal, as a salad topper, on banana bread, or even in your homemade trail mix. So versatile, So tasty!!
