How to Improve Your Results in the Gym [Motivation Monday]

Good morning and Happy Monday!

You know, people often ask us what the BEST way is to get results in and out of the gym…

That is quite the loaded question because many factors come into play.

Sleep, proper nutrition, exercise, supplements, rest, recovery, and more all come into play when it comes to getting you closer to your goals.

But, in our experience, there is ONE single thing that trumps everything no matter what type of exercise program you are on…

Or the type of “diet” you adhere to…

Or which protein shake brand you like to use…

The BEST way to get better results is by simply being CONSISTENT!

Simple right? Yes, but too often this is something that is being missed by many.

Starting an exercise program, only to stop 2-3 weeks in because you aren’t seeing the results you think you should see…

Or giving up on a new lifestyle of healthy eating because you think you have to eat boring and tasteless food (not the case at all)…

Maybe you are good at sticking with things, but fall off the wagon every so often by missing workouts, or having one too many “cheat meals” and saying you will get back on track tomorrow…

Remember that with anything worth having or doing, it is going to take TIME, DEDICATION, and COMMITMENT.

And it’s not gonna happen unless you are CONSISTENT every single day with reaching your goals.

When you are serious about reaching a goal, there’s no such thing as only being in halfway. You’re either all in, or you’re not. That simple!

When in doubt, never give up and remember that no matter how good, bad, tired, or sore you feel, consistency is what matters the most!!
