Time for another installment of Train Smart Wednesday at CTS!
In today’s video, Coach Jeff Hermann shows you two different movements you can use right away to help alleviate knee pain, especially associated with overuse injuries such as patellar tendonitis often associated with squatting movements, tight quadriceps muscles, etc.
Using a foam roller on the IT bands and quads, as well as deep static stretches for the quadriceps, will definitely help to alleviate some of the pain that you may be having.
Although it definitely will not cure these issues it will definitely help to improve your flexibility and ultimately help you feel better!
Try these out and let us know what you think!
