Two areas of the body that seem to be a very common problematic area of tightness are in the hips and ankles.
Tight hips and ankles can not only be a hindrance to certain movements in the gym or your sport, but they can also cause pain and stiffness in areas that will restrict optimal movement and flow.
Coach Jeff Hermann of CTS demonstrates some of his favorite exercises that address these issues and ultimately improve your overall quality of life and sport. Check out the quick video below!
These stretches can be done daily before or after workouts or even on days that you feel a little tight or beat up.
