Sports Performance

Get Faster and Stronger, Build Confidence and Self-Esteem, and Gain Attention from Scouts and Coaches

At CTS, your child will:

  • Increase their speed so they can run as fast as they can. Speed is a skill that must be trained – any athlete can get faster and this is what can make or break a big game, showcase, or combine.
  • Increase their agility and quickness so they can change direction faster, move up and down the field or court better, and be able to react and make big plays.
  • Get stronger so they can become more resilient and reduce the chance of developing overuse injuries. Not only this, strength training has been shown to help boost jumping power and posture as well.
  • Improve their self-confidence and self-esteem. Young girls and boys who are more confident typically perform better in the classroom and will start to become leaders on and off the field.

Thanks for all the encouragement given to Lil - she really does LOVE her CTS home away from home. We have seen a change in her, not just physically, but emotionally and in her confidence!

Our Focus

At CTS, we are not just about counting sets and reps. Our Sports Performance program is focused on building up stronger, healthier, and more confident young men and women to not only get better at their sport(s), but be better leaders and people in school and life in general.

This is a full coaching program. Unlike big box gyms where they may be left to wander around aimlessly with a group of friends with zero supervision or structure, our program will give your son/daughter the tools and exact blueprint they need to reach their athletic goals. Every session is led by a CTS trainer to make sure that all movements are performed safely and correctly within their own ability to maximize their results.

At CTS, we have created a fun and welcoming environment for boys and girls in middle school and high school to reach their full athletic potential. With this said, accountability and responsibility are big for us as well. The little things matter to us. By having your child take ownership in their success in sports with a training program like ours, they will being to take responsibility with their outcomes in school, their relationships with their peers, and their life as they get older.

By the way, Jared scored twice yesterday in our scrimmages and everyone commented about how much faster he has gotten!!

Here's how it works...

Step 1: Free 20-Minute Consultation:

Getting started at CTS is easy. The first step in us helping your child reach their athletic goals is to meet for a 20-minute consultation where we will go over their goals, their current schedule, any past injuries or health concerns, what sports they play, and what they would like to achieve and why it’s important to them. It’s important to us to get to you know as much as we can prior to starting so we can better serve you.

Step 2: Membership selection

Immediately after the consultation, we will go over different membership options and recommend which program will work best for your son/daughter to get started at CTS, based on what we established during our meeting.

I have nothing but admiration and respect for the CTS team. My daughter began working out to increase stamina and endurance in lacrosse in 8th grade.
With team CTS by her side, she has not only gained stamina and endurance in her game, but has found a love and passion for weightlifting and a family of mentors who are by her side through her ups and downs; not only in sports but in her teen life, as she rides the bumpy roads. They are not only coaches who build better athletes, but they are coaches who build confidence and self-esteem, which will last a lifetime

About the Program

Who is this program for?
This program is for boys and girls in middle school and high school (6th – 12th grade) who want to get better for their sport(s), or simply stay involved in a physical fitness program. You do NOT have to play a sport to be a part of our CTS sports performance program!

When do sessions start?
Sessions are on-going year around. You can start at any time.

What time do workouts take place?

We have a very flexible schedule that even the busiest of athletes can make work; we offer training sessions every weekday and on Saturday mornings. You can access our training schedule by clicking here.

How long are the workouts?
Sessions last roughly 60 minutes. Every session will include a full dynamic warm-up, speed/quickness training, and exercises that will improve power, strength, and endurance. These sessions are challenging but doable for any athlete; most importantly, they are fun!

Where are you located?
We are located at 1755 Industrial Way, Ste #15 in Napa, within close proximity to the Bel Air Plaza shopping center.

If you are coming from Hwy 29 (North or South), you will get off on the Trancas St/Redwood Rd exit. From there, you will head West on Trancas St and take a right onto California Blvd. After you get on California Blvd, you will take a left onto Industrial Way. Drive all the way down until you see a building with the numbers 1755 on it. Turn into either driveway and drive all the way to the back of the industrial complex. You’ll see our doors with the numbers 15 and 16 on them!

What if my child has never worked out before?
Not a problem at all. Most of our student-athletes who are training with us are beginners. We work with each athlete individually within a group setting so they will be working within their own ability and current fitness level. They will get exactly what they need to see success.

Do you work on nutrition?
We continually coach our athletes with guidelines and recommendations so your son or daughter will being to build good habits not only for sports but for a healthier life.

How long does it take to see results?
We often hear from parents that they begin to notice positive changes within the first 2-3 weeks of training. With that said, it’s important to understand that training is a long-term process and in order to reach their goals, they need to be committed to the long haul.

I wanted to send you a quick email to let you know Ricky absolutely loves CTS. This is exactly what he needed! We have 4 kids that have tried just about every sport and activity and we have never seen any of them as excited as Ricky. Thank you!

After training at CTS, I felt more than prepared to play softball at the collegiate level! My hitting power, running speed, and overall quickness and agility improved dramatically! I would highly recommend CTS to other athletes of all ages!
