Our CTS Youth Conditioning program is designed for boys and girls ages 8 – 11.
If you want to help your son or daughter stay active in a supportive and fun environment, learn good exercise and nutrition habits, and get in shape for other activities or sports, then this program is for them.
These training sessions are 50 minutes in duration and are designed to help improve speed, agility, coordination, balance, quickness, and overall fitness.
Here are the details:
- Sessions are every Tuesday & Thursday at 3:30pm
- 2x per week: $159/mo
- 1x per week: $109/mo
