My philosophy is that no matter your history with fitness,life, or health, there is always a way to improve.
1.) What inspired you to become a personal trainer?
I started working out while playing high school baseball, but I didn’t have anyone there to coach or train me, once I fell in love with the process of growing muscle and gaining strength, I knew that I wanted to train others and show them the same love for fitness.
2.) How long have you been in the fitness industry?
4 years as of 2025
3.) What certifications, degrees, or qualifications do you hold?
NASM:Certified Personal Trainer, Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.
4.) What is your fitness philosophy or approach to training clients?
My philosophy is that no matter your history with fitness,life, or health, there is always a way to improve. My approach is the find the best method to improve your fitness and keep you motivated so that no matter what your starting point or goal is, you can achieve it!
5.) Can you share a memorable success story from your time as a trainer?
My most memorable success story was a client who worked with me for 6 months and was able to transform her life, she came in having joint pain, trouble getting out of chairs, and having trouble walking up stairs. She lost significant weight and gained a lot of strength which allowed her to regain her independence and take control of her health.
6.) What types of training or fitness modalities do you specialize in?
Resistance training, plyometrics, strength, conditioning.
7.) What is one positive thing clients should expect when they are working with you?
I will always be your biggest supporter and provide you with a 100% effort.
8.) How do you tailor training programs to meet the individual needs of clients in both a 1 on 1 and group setting?
I take multiple things into consideration when tailoring training programs; your goals, your baseline, and what you enjoy. I make my programs so that they directly cater to your goals and needs, while also being fun and will keep the workouts exciting.
9.) How do you stay motivated/disciplined and continue your own fitness journey?
I am a competitive powerlifter, and this is a journey I am continuing day in and day out. The constant grind for getting stronger is the reason I love being a trainer!
10.) What advice do you give to those who are just starting their fitness journey?
Trust the process, believe in yourself and don’t let failure overcome your self confidence.
11.) What activities or hobbies do you enjoy doing outside of training?
I am an avid outdoorsman, I love to fish, hunt, hike, and do anything outdoors.
12.) What is your favorite workout or exercise, and why do you love it?
My favorite exercise is the back squat, I love the way this exercise challenges your technique, strength, coordination, and mental fortitude all at the same time while providing you with immense strength and durability.
