In order to provide the best experience for our members and staff, CTS has a firm 30-Day Cancellation policy.

By completing and submitting this form, it will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice as required by your CTS membership agreement.

Any recurring billing within the next 30 days will process as scheduled and payments are non-refundable. No recurring billing will take place AFTER the 30 day period.

You are able to utilize your membership and attend sessions through your final pay period.
Below is an example of this policy in action.

Example: if you submit your cancellation request on May 15th, your membership will end on June 14th.  If your regular billing is scheduled on the 20th, you are able to attend sessions through the pay period of June 20th. All recurring payments will be canceled June 14th and after.

If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do), membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
