How Do I Get Started?
Please fill out our intake form and a staff member will be in touch to schedule your free in-person strategy session!
How often do I need to train to see results?
We usually recommend 2-3 days per week, every week, to see best progress over the long haul!
Do you have extra fees on top of a membership?
No, we do not charge any extra fees when you join. No enrollment fees, cancellation fees, or any other hidden fees for that matter.
Do you offer open gym access in addition a training membership?
At this time, our hours of operation are by appointment only either in a group training session or personal training session. We don’t offer open gym access currently.
How much does a membership cost?
We provide all of those details after our initial strategy session to help provide the best recommendation suited to your current needs and goals. These are zero-pressure meetings for prospective clients who are interested in training with us at CTS. To book, click here.
How do I cancel a membership?

Don’t want to lose your spot or grandfathered pricing? Just notify us at info@ctsgym.comand we will put your account on hold!
How do I freeze a membership?
We ask for 14 days written notice via email for a freeze to go into effect. You may freeze a month to month membership for up to 30 days.
This is ideal if you don’t want to lose your spot or legacy pricing
You may also freeze up to 30 days on a prepaid membership. Please submit your freeze request to info@ctsgym.com
Do my personal training sessions or group training punch card sessions expire?
Yes, all session packages have expiration dates. Please refer to julie@ctsgym.com for questions regarding expiration dates associated with your current membership.
What should I wear and bring with me to my first workout?
Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable exercise clothing and footwear to the gym! You may bring a towel with you as well if you’d like. We have a refill water station at the gym so no worries if you happen to run out during workouts.
Do you have bathrooms/changing rooms?
Yes, we have two bathrooms in our faciliity.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full 30-day money back guarantee on any group training program. If you are unhappy with CTS for whatever reason after your first 30 days, we will happily refund your first month and we can still part as friends. (Note: prepaid group training memberships and personal training session packages sales are final.)
Do I have to schedule sessions in advance?
Yes, all of your workouts will need to be booked ahead of time online via mindbody.
What happens if I cancel a personal training session last minute or no-show?
We ask for at least 12 hours notice to cancel a prescheduled personal training session. Failure to do so will result in loss of that scheduled session. The same policy applies if a client no-shows.
