Apple Marshmallow Cups

Ingredients:
- 1 apple (I used Granny Smith, but also love Fuji and Red Delicious)
- Nut butter of your choice (I used Justin’s Peanut Butter)*
- Chopped nuts (I used pecans, but feel free to substitute with walnuts, almonds, cashews, etc. or a mix)
- Mini Marshmallows
Slice apple in half and core. Drizzle the nut butter over the top, sprinkle with chopped nuts and mini marshmallows.
Super easy snack that will take you about 2 sec to prepare and will leave your taste buds fully satisfied, not to mention delightfully full! Enjoy as an any time snack or as an after dinner dessert.
*May have to heat the nut butter so it’s easier to drizzle, unless you go for a full spread 🙂
