How to Find Time to Work Out

One of the biggest objections we get when speaking to new, current, or past clients is that TIME was the limiting factor for them when it came to being an obstacle to reach their goals.

Often times we hear reasons such as…

“I don’t have enough time in the day”…

Or

“I’m not a morning person”…

Or

“I hit the snooze button every morning, sleeping feels so good!”

You get the idea…

The reality is we all are given 24 hours in a day, it’s up to us to FIND the time in that window where we CAN get something done, rather than automatically reverting to the mindset of not having enough time.

An easy way to make this happen is to first cross off days during the week you know are out. Maybe Tuesday’s and Friday’s you just know, for whatever reason, are not going to happen but you can certainly do Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and stay active on Saturday’s and Sunday’s.

When you break it down like that it becomes more realistic and will set you up for success.

Be honest with your lifestyle, your schedule, your family obligations, and your goals when setting up a new workout routine. At the end of the day, if it’s important to you and you really want to get and stay in shape, you will certainly be able to find the time to get it done.
