What All Athletes MUST Know About Off-Season Training

Most athletes fail to understand the importance of training year-around with some form of GPP or general physical preparedness. It’s way too common to see young athletes specialize in one sport and spend all of their time training their skills, rather than devoting 3-6 months of the year to a sound strength & conditioning program. The result of spending too much time devoted to skill work and hardly any time to building strength, speed, power, etc can lead to overuse injuries and early burn out.

Check out the video below where I explain ways to go about training as an athlete and how you can still train year-around without risk of burn out or “over training”.
